Our Programs

School systems in New England have embraced the NFTE program because of its:

  • Documented alignment with the Massachusetts curriculum frameworks and proven compatibility with numerous and varied academic pathways, including information technology, management, and economics.
  • Broad range of experiential learning activities that effectively connect the classroom with the surrounding community and expose students to academic and career opportunities beyond high school.
  • Proven ability to reinvigorate teachers by providing them with a comprehensive program that is relatively easy to implement and curricula that is highly relevant to their students’ lives.
The NFTE curriculum is a "mini-MBA" program with requires 50-100 hours of classtime. NFTE develops curriculum, trains teachers, and provides ongoing support for NFTE classes in schools, after-school programs and BizCamps™.

NFTE offers teacher training through NFTE University, a 4-day training session in which teachers learn to teach the NFTE curriculum. Ongoing professional development is provided through periodic teacher meetings to build best practices.
